※Expenses (flights, transportation, meals, hotels, etc.) are not covered by the organizer.
※If foreign citizens living abroad (except those who have acquired Japanese citizenship or permanent residency in Japan) show the organizer proof of having boarded an airplane to come to Japan to participate in the competition, they will receive a transportation benefit of 10,000 Yen applied uniformly.They are not eligible if coming to Japan for the competition is not recognized.
